Magnolia Landing Rowlett, TX

This community is ideally located in the City of Rowlett, TX (est. 1880’s), and is just minutes from the new President George Bush Tollway.  The tollway extension gives Rowlett residents much-improved access to Dallas proper and suburban cities surrounding Dallas with employment, retail and entertainment centers in every direction.  The Rowlett planning board has initiated new guidelines for communities like Magnolia Landing, that include dedicated open space and “Mews-like” placement of open space areas that front homesites.  At completion, Magnolia Landing will have approximately 165 homesites, with multiple open space areas.  The community fronts Hickox Road, with good proximity to the services and lifestyle that Rowlett offers.
